Villagio hotel and resort, a luxurious 5* hotel and resort was seeking to enhance their performance in terms of sales, revenue, and quality of service. HMI standards were implemented to leverage the service and performance of this property. New streams of marketing and promotion were used to promote this property, yield management systems were employed to attain the highest occupancy along the year, financial strategies were elaborated to stop leakage, training programs were given to the staff to enhance their performance, customer service agents worked day and night to make sure guests were satisfied, new sales strategies were used to increase revenue, F&B department was upgraded in terms of quality and service, new concepts were introduced to make sure that every outlet of this property becomes a revenue center and reaches the financial target forecasted. The mission was completed and this property was transformed into a performing leading hotel in its area.
